After the diesel engine is working, because the external ambient temperature is too low, the cooling water should be released when the water temperature drops after 15 minutes of shutdown, and cannot be carried out immediately, otherwise the temperature difference between the fuselage and the external environment will be too large, resulting in diesel engine failure. Some parts of the engine are deformed, which will affect the performance of the diesel engine (such as cylinder head deformation, etc.).

When discharging the water, it is not possible to turn on the water discharge switch and everything will be fine. You should also pay attention to the specific conditions of the water flow to see if the water flow is smooth, whether there is a phenomenon that the water flow becomes smaller or sometimes fast and sometimes slow. If these situations occur, it means that there are impurities in the cooling water, which hinder the normal flow of water. At this time, it is best to remove the water switch to let the cooling water flow out of the body directly. If the water flow is still not smooth, use hard and slender steel objects such as iron wire to dredge it until the water flow is smooth.
When the cooling water stops flowing out, it is better to shake the diesel engine a few more times. At this time, the remaining cooling water that is not easy to flow out will flow out due to the vibration of the diesel engine, so as to prevent the water plug on the cylinder head from being frozen. The cooling water then flows into the oil sump.

At the same time, the operator should also pay attention that if the water discharge switch is not removed, the water discharge switch should be in the open state after the water discharge is completed, so as to prevent the remaining cooling water from being unable to flow out temporarily due to various reasons and freezing the corresponding parts of the diesel engine. unnecessary loss.

When using agricultural machinery in winter, the ambient temperature is low, so it is best to use antifreeze coolant. If there is no cooling water added for your car, be sure to choose soft water with less minerals as the coolant to reduce cooling system knots. Scale, to ensure normal heat dissipation. When winter comes, the ambient temperature is below zero, because the volume of water freezes and becomes larger, the cooling water must be drained when it is not in use. If the car is parked in a river or a blower outlet, the temperature at night is lower than other places, so pay more attention to draining the cooling water. Find a suitable place to stop, wait for the engine temperature to drop, and start to drain the water, unscrew the water tank cover, unscrew the water drain valve of the water tank, unscrew the water drain valve of the engine, the cooling water will flow out automatically, and after the cooling water flows out, start the engine and run it at idle speed for 30 seconds to cool down The water runs out.
There are generally two places for the water discharge of the whole vehicle, one is on the diesel engine body, behind the diesel filter, and the other is in the lower left or right corner of the water tank. If the oil filter of this engine type has its own cooling device, water should also be drained there. The engine on construction machinery is generally equipped with an air compressor, and the air compressor that uses water as the cooling fluid also needs to discharge water.
